To the citizens of Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Dear friends!
I sincerely congratulate you on this remarkable date – 70th anniversary of liberating Khmelnytskyi Oblast from the fascist invaders.
At all times freedom-loving and proud citizens of Khmelnytskyi protected their land from enemies, glorified and enriched it, strived for strengthening Ukrainian independence and statehood.
We will never forget about heroic pages of history of liberating Khmelnytskyi Oblast during Great Patriotic War, about that terrible price the older generation paid for the right to a free life.
Today we all over again re-evaluate significance of a peaceful sky, and harmony in the society. Not with loud statements but with their own example did heroes–liberators prove that love to the Homeland is a person’s ability to create feats in the name of freedom and peace sparing the greatest thing – life.
On this day we bow low to the deceased. May the memory of them live forever!
We bow low and we are sincerely grateful to warriors, partisans, undergrounders, and homefront workers! From the depth of my heart I wish veterans–liberators sound health, prosperity and support from the near and dear ones!
May the heroic example of serving to the Homeland inspire to great deeds in the name of Ukraine!
